CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund if cancelled 24 hrs prior to check-in.
COOKING: In house cook available but, if you have plans to cook, we do have a kitchen. Guests need to pay for the consumables.
Barbeque: If planning for a Barbeque, bring along veg/non veg ingredients. We do have a separate Barbeque grill. Enjoy preparing on your own.
CARETAKERS: Caretakers are meant for housekeeping and general maintenance of the farm only and they are available from 10 AM to 10 PM.
SMOKING: Smoking in any form (Cigarettes/ Hookah/ Sheeshah) is prohibited.
PETS: We plan to have enough pets in the farm so we do not recommend you to get your pets into the farm and we are not responsible for any injuries there after.
RESPONSIBILITY: We are not responsible for the damage or loss of your personal belongings inside our premises. Any damage to anything in the farm is chargeable. The discretion of the caretaker is final.
Request you to use the toilets in case you are feeling nausea/ill and want to throw up. If a guest throws up inside the house or on any of the furniture, you will be incurred additional cleaning charges of Rs.1000/-per location in the premises.
The guests are liable for the cost of damage to the property if any.
Plastic is strictly not allowed, so please do not carry anything in plastic covers and plastic containers. We love nature and hope our guests respect nature.
Please do not throw food, water or anything into the garden area. We also request guests to use waste bins to dispose garbage.
STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED- drugs, gambling, any other illegal activities.
Guests are requested to abide by the laws of the land and adhere to statutory laws as applicable.
